To start a return or exchange, you can contact us at support@BRDLZ.com with the subject return or exchange. If your return/exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
When packaging your return, please include the order number inside the package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
If eligible for a refund, your refund will be initiated immediately. Refunds can process up to 10 business days depending on your bank.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- Eligible returns must be shipped out within 14 days of acceptance.
- All orders placed under clearance are FINAL SALE. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS.
- Earrings, bodysuits and undergarments are all FINAL SALE. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS.
- In the unfortunate circumstance that you receive a damaged item. You must send an inquiry within 3 days of receipt of the item so that we can resolve the issue immediately.
- You have 7 days from receipt to provide all supporting evidence for a refund to be honored.
