Questions

 Can you make exchanges?

Yes, as long as the items you are exchanging are in the same condition as you received them, you can make the exchange. You, the customer, must pay the shipping cost.

I put the wrong address, how can I fix this?

Let us know as soon as you realize, if the package hasn't been shipped out yet, we will cancel your order and you will have to reorder your items. If the package has already been shipped out, we will not give a refund.

My items were damaged, can I return them?

In order to receive a refund, you must email us pictures of the items ASAP of the outside of the packaging as well as the products inside. You must email us within one day of receiving your package, otherwise, you will not receive a refund.

 What do you have planned for the future?

We hope to one day be able to give grants and scholarships to those in need for whatever they need whether it be an expensive surgery, school fees, startup fees, we want to help. So make sure to share our website with your friends and family so we can get to that point as soon as possible.
